酪梨皮蛋泡菜蔥花豆腐

酪梨1/4顆

調味料:醬油一大匙、麻油/香油半匙

 

 

 

I really love century eggs, to the degree that I can have it every day. Due to the craving for cold dishes during summer, I have created this dish, Tofu in soy sauce with avocado, kimchi, and century egg. It is delicious and high protein. The steps are as below:

 

Ingredients: 1 box of soft tofu, 1 century egg, ¼ of a ripe avocado, a handful of minced green onions, ½ a ginger, appropriate amount of kimchi. Seasoning: 1 tbsp of soy sauce, ½ a tbsp of sesame oil.

把薑磨成泥,混入一大匙醬油,與一小匙麻油,完成自製醬料。

 

 

2.

把嫩豆腐倒在盤子上(去掉多餘水粉),倒入一半的醬汁,擺上酪梨切片、皮蛋塊、和泡菜,加上一把蔥花,再倒上剩下的醬汁,完成!

 

富含高蛋白質的豆腐,搭配酪梨的濃郁口感、一點微辣的泡菜、自製薑泥和皮蛋香味,整個幸福度爆表!

For the home-made ginger soy sauce: Mash the ginger. Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce and 1 tsp of sesame oil into the mashed ginger. Mix well with a spoon. 

 

2.

Place the soft tofu on a plate (drain the water). Next, add ½ portion of the sauce. Then add the sliced avocado , century egg (cut into small pieces), kimchi and a handful of minced green onions on the tofu. Lastly, drizzle another half portion of the ginger soy sauce over. It is done!

Tofu with high protein, top with avocado, mild spicy kimchi, home-made ginger soy sauce and century egg. It makes you get extreme happiness!
