✓高蛋白粉一匙25g
✓ 燕麥片25g
✓兩大匙花生醬20g
✓無糖豆乳80CC
✓喜好的果乾&堅果適量
Crunchy and sweet apples are good ingredients for a healthy dessert. I am going to teach you how to make this guilt-free dessert! The steps are as below:
Ingredients: 1 apple (medium size), protein powder 25g, rolled oats 25g, two scoops of peanut butter(20g), sugar-free soy milk 80cc, appropriate amount of dried fruits and mixed nuts.
The above ingredients yield 10 pieces of cookies, and the cookies can be kept in a fridge for 3-5 days.

在大碗中加入兩大匙無糖花生醬,加入豆乳混合均勻後,加入蛋白粉(或你喜好的其他粉類) 燕麥片、蘋果丁、果乾與堅果混合均勻

在烤盤上抹點油,加入一匙匙的混料並壓成餅乾狀,180-200度烤15分鐘左右完成✅

Add two scoops of peanut butter(no added sugar) into a big bowl, and mix well with 80 cc soy milk. Then add the dry ingredients (protein powder, rolled oats, diced apple, mixed nuts & dried fruits) into the mixture. Stir with a spoon until fully combined.

Preheat the oven to 180C. Scoop the mixture onto a baking tray, and bake at 180-200c for around 15 min. Enjoy ☺️✨
