燻鮭魚菠菜嫩蛋吐司佐費塔起司

An easy instagrammable breakfast! This recipe suits couch potatoes and beginners, let’s follow me making this!
Ingredients: ¼ of an onion, ¼ of a red & yellow bell pepper(minced), ½ a cup of shimeji mushrooms (roots removed),
a handful of spinach (stem removed and chopped), two eggs, 1 slice of smoked salmon.

蛋兩顆打入碗中加鹽調味,加入費塔起司(或妳偏好的起司)、菠菜碎拌一拌。

平底鍋中小火倒少油,炒香洋蔥、彩椒與菇菇,炒軟後下波菜蛋液,用木匙慢慢拌至微半熟盛起。

擺盤,在全麥吐司上,加上蔬食起司嫩蛋,擺上一片燻鮭魚片,完成。

Crack two eggs into a bowl and season with a pinch of salt. Then, add chopped spinach and feta cheese (or any cheese you prefer) into it and mix well.

Heat up 1 tsp of oil on a frying pan. Then sauté the onions, minced bell peppers and mushrooms over low-medium heat. Next, pour the spinach-egg mixture into the pan, and continue to stir until the egg turns solid.
3.
Serve with a slice of whole wheat toast and top it with smoked salmon and feta cheese. A yummy breakfast is ready!
