✓穀物燕麥10g

A 1-minute breakfast bowl with added protein powder. It can also be a pre- or post-workout snack!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp of Greek/sugar-free yogurt (60g), ½ a kiwi, 20g of frozen/ fresh berries, 20g of granolas, 1 large spoon of protein powder (optional, vanilla/coconut flavor)
