✓藍莓(新鮮/冷凍皆可) 30g
✓香蕉一根
✓水100CC
✓無糖優格80-100g
✓蛋白粉一匙(建議香草/草莓/椰子口味,可加可不加)
✓冰塊5-6顆
Start your day with a cup of colourful yogurt smoothie! It is simple and has vitamins from fruits.
If protein powder is added,it is suitable for post-workout too!
Ingredients: blueberries (fresh/frozen) 30g, 1 banana, water 100cc, sugar free/ Greek yogurt 80-100g,
1 scoop of vanilla/strawberry/coconut flavor protein powder (optional), ice cubes 5-6 pieces.

香蕉留1/3根切片。將所有食材放入果汁機中打勻。
